Reminders, Terms and Conditions

• A passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the date of return to your country of origin is required.
• Please ensure that the name in your passport matches the name given to us for booking purposes.
• Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
• Visas are required for Vietnam and Cambodia – Cambodian visa can be obtained on arrival. 
• Non-Australian citizens will require a valid re-entry visa for Australia.
• Prices are subject to change due to elements beyond our control.
• Payment by credit card is welcome but incurs a surcharge (Visa, MasterCard 1%, Diner’s Club 3%, American Express 3.5%).
• We cannot be held responsible for costs that are incurred by you when bookings are cancelled or changed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes commissions and fees charged by us for services rendered.
• Airfares can be guaranteed when they are paid for in full and tickets have been issued. When we are holding seats on flights with or without deposit fares remain subject to change.
• Please check with your doctor regarding vaccinations.
• Please check with your doctor regarding the health implications of long distance travel.
• Please check website smartraveller.gov.au for the latest travel advice.
• We are unable to take responsibility in the case of the financial collapse of any service provider or operator.
• Once a Pandaw Cruise has been booked for you and the 25% non-refundable deposit has been paid please let us know if we can assist you with your travel from your home to Vietnam and Cambodia and return and other travel arrangements within these countries.
• Alternatively if you would like us to give you a detailed quote on a complete itinerary first we require a $100 non-refundable deposit which will be credited towards your trip.
• Canadian Bay Travel of Mount Eliza, Victoria is a Licensed Travel Agent (Lic No. 31666). We are covered, and your interests are therefore protected, by the Travel Compensation Fund (TCF).
